Scholarships

Scholarships available through Butler PPD

  • Butler Public Power District offers a $2,000 scholarship to an individual majoring in the utility line program at Northeast Community College (NECC) in Norfolk, Nebraska. {Closed for 2023}
    • Scholarships are due mid-January and open in December.
  • Rocky Mountain Electric League (RMEL) offers scholarships to deserving and qualified students in engineering, business, information systems, plant, line or distribution technology, line worker or other curriculums related to the electrical industry.  Information about the scholarship can be found by following the link to RMEL Foundation Scholarship Program Overview.
