–Delinquent Procedures to be Changing Soon–
The Butler PPD will be changing delinquent procedures effective May 1, 2018
Collections trips to your location, in attempt to collect past due bills, will be eliminated.
Service will be disconnected on the 16th day of each month if payment or approved payment arrangements are not received. For those making a payment arrangements, if the arrangement is not fulfilled, your service will be disconnected the day following the arrangement due date. It will also be your responsibility to verify that payment has been received prior to the disconnect date or the date your payment arrangement was due by contacting our office, using the smart app or by logging onto our website.
It is advised that you complete the Customer Express Consent Form to receive reminder phone calls before disconnection. Please complete and return the form to our office.
